The media world is ever changing. I used to just work for one newspaper and freelance some. Now I’m working for a half dozen ventures, mostly my own.

Rick Snider’s Washington is about Washington life mostly. The cool and interesting things of my hometown. But I now have Rick Snider’s Washington on Substack that’s mostly Washington Commanders notes. Then there’s Rick Snider’s Washington on YouTube, X, Instagram and Bluesky. Branding, branding, branding. More than 11 million impressions in 2024 for my videos.

Eight layoffs in 11 years have me enjoying semi-retirement while writing and tour guiding. A new Jayden Daniels book will be released on Sept. 9 and a fiction book will soon be shown on my Substack page.
